Freedom Off-Road Warranty Policy
1.Lifetime Structural Warranty
Freedom Off-Road warrants to the original purchaser that structural components (e.g., control arms, brackets, lift blocks/spacers, track bars) will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original installation on the originally installed vehicle.
This coverage applies only to:
• breakage due to manufacturing defects
• bending or cracking under normal use
Road hazard damage or impact damage may void this warranty at Freedom Off-Road’s discretion.
2. One-Year Wear & Tear Warranty
Wear-related components (e.g., ball joints, bushings) are covered for one (1) year from the date the product is received by the customer, for the original purchaser on the originally installed vehicle.
This coverage is limited to failures due to manufacturing defects or premature wear under normal use.
3. Shock & Strut Dampening Warranty
Nitro (twin-tube) shocks are covered for one (1) year from the date the product is received by the customer against loss of dampening performance caused by manufacturing defects.
This coverage does not include normal wear, ride quality complaints, cosmetic wear, damage caused by improper installation, over-extension, bottoming out, or use outside recommended applications.
4. Mag Ride / Air Ride Delete Module Warranty
Mag ride delete modules and air ride delete modules are covered for two (2) years from the date the product is received by the customer against manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies only when modules are installed correctly on supported vehicles listed in the published fitment tables.
This coverage does not apply to:
- vehicle wiring issues or BCM/software faults
- aftermarket electronics or external modules
- improper installation or incorrect configuration
- use on vehicles outside approved applications
Freedom Off-Road reserves the right to determine whether an electrical issue is caused by the module or external vehicle factors.
5. Air Bag & Helper Kit Warranty
Air bags included in helper spring kits are covered under a two (2) year warranty from the date the product is received by the customer.
Items damaged by improper installation or misuse are not covered.
6. Replacement Part Warranty
Replacement parts provided outside of the main kit are covered against manufacturer defects for ninety (90) days from the date the product is received by the customer.
7. Excluded Coverage
This warranty does not cover:
- labor costs, alignment costs, towing, or vehicle damage
- installation errors or improper fitment
- damage from accidents, abuse, racing, jumping, or off-road misuse
- normal cosmetic wear (finish, paint, corrosion)
- wear from lack of maintenance (e.g., failure to grease serviceable points)
Labor costs incurred for warranty service are not reimbursable.
Claim Eligibility & Limitations
1. Original Purchaser Only
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Original Vehicle Installation
Coverage is valid only while the product remains installed on the vehicle it was originally installed on.
3. Fitment & Installation Requirements
Products must be installed consistent with published fitment tables and instructions. Claims may be denied for:
- incorrect orientation
- vehicles outside specified fitment range
- modifications to the product
- incompatible suspension configurations
Warranty Claim Procedure
To file a claim, the customer must submit:
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Clear photos of the installed component and failure area
- Vehicle year, make, model, lift height, and related suspension details
- Description of issue, driving conditions, and how failure was discovered
Freedom Off-Road may request additional documentation, part returns, or inspection before a decision is made.
Evaluation & Resolution
Claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Freedom Off-Road reserves the right to:
- approve or deny claims at its sole discretion
- provide replacement parts, partial kit replacements, or equivalent components if originals are unavailable
- offer discounted replacement parts when warranty coverage does not fully apply
- require return of failed components for inspection
Warranty decisions made by Freedom Off-Road are final.
