Radius Rods Installation Instructions

Thank you for choosing Freedom Off-Road for your vehicle application!

Please read instructions before installation. Ensure that all you understand where your parts are to be installed at.

1. Place the frame of your RZR on jack stands with tires off the ground and remove both rear tires
2. Remove all 4 of your radius arms. Set the factory bolts aside to re-use.
3. Install your new radius arms.
   1. There are 2 different spacers that differ in thickness for the upper radius rods. The thicker of the 2 goes against the frame while the thinner goes to the outside
4. Tight all bolts to factory spec (40ft-lb).
5. Repeat this process for all radius rods and double check to make sure nuts on the heim joints are tight.
6. Mount your rear tires and torque to factory spec.
